Contract Dates: September 1st thru August 31st. Damage to heating system due to water damage, electrical failure, Act of God, lack of heating oil due to overdue balance, will not be covered. Service performed by a third-party technician, or deliveries made by another fuel company, voids contract immediately. No refunds are available from service contracts. Systems must be inspected prior to contract acceptance. Credit must be kept up to date or service will be delayed.
*Water items on boiler not covered at 100% — 20% Discount: Pressure Reducing Valve, Tempering Valve, Relief Valve, Air Vent, Expansion Tanks, Hot Water Coil and Gaskets, Backflow Preventors.

Our History
Three generations. Over 90 years. The oldest single-family business in Kutztown.
Clayton Conrad Coal & Hauling
Clayton Conrad founded the business as a local hauling and coal delivery service, serving the families of the East Penn Valley.
Heating Oil Added
The company expanded into home heating oil sales, becoming a Gulf Solar Heat Oil Dealer, selling fuel oil and kerosene to the growing community.
Russell Takes Over
After Clayton's retirement, his son Russell — a WWII Marine Corps veteran — took ownership and added 24-hour burner service so customers could feel secure through the night.
Patrick Joins the Team
Russell's son Patrick joined the staff, beginning the third generation of Conrad family service.
Operations Manager Started
An Operations Manager was brought on to help oversee the growing business, strengthening the company's ability to serve the expanding customer base.
Third Generation Leadership
Following Russell's passing, Patrick became the third-generation owner, continuing the family tradition of honest, personal service.
